Hydraulic Breaker Repairs
If your hydraulic breaker is in a worn state, dial up 0113 244 0244 and we’ll take care it from there. We’ll strip down, make an assessment and provide you with an estimated cost of repair.
Many a breaker has been through our workshop, here’s a list of brands we noted; Arrowhead, Atlas Copco, Belle, Bobcat, CAT, Chicago Pneumatic, Eddie, Everdigm, FRB, Gehl, Furukawa, Hammertech, Hanwoo, Huppi, Indeco, Italdem, JAB, JCB, Krupp, Lifton, Montabert(including the Silver Clip range), MSB, MTB, NPK, Okada, Pel-Job, Prodem, Queng, Rammer, Rhino, Rotair, Socomec, Soosan, Stanley, Star, Stelco, Tabe, Takeuchi, Terex, Toku and Universal.
In our experience, we have noted that many of these breakers are susceptible to damage internally by cavitation. Cavitation is when pockets of air in the hydraulic oil, eat away at the fundamental internal parts of the hydraulic hammer. The loose metal particles are then sent around the hydraulic system.
Remarkably, our 4TÉ TouchStone Series has never shown the slightest sign of cavitation damage.
