Jaw opening (mm):  1000
Closing Force (T):  125

Non-Rotating Pulveriser for sale or hire to suit excavators from 28T – 50T. The 4TÉ CapStone FNP-5021 Non-Rotating Pulveriser is developed for the separating of reinforced concrete. It represents a huge improvement from the conventional mechanical pulveriser – its power is astounding without compromising speed!

A huge amount of intricate care and attention to detail has been utilised in the design of this attachment, to the point that even the geometry of the construction has been carefully calculated to ensure optimisation of the crushing force by creating maximum leverage power at the point where the most force is required. The point where the most force is required for crushing concrete is hugely different to that point when cutting metal.

Non-rotating dedicated pulverisers are designed to follow up behind the ‘cut & drop’ phase in demolition to process, separate and sort the material for recycling. No rotation means the pulveriser element is more powerful and larger for the same weight. Miles more power than a mechanical pulveriser!

  • Optimum power
  • Full ram protection
  • Speed valve
